Services
I provide 1 on 1 coaching for anyone (both adults and children) looking to decrease anxiety or stress and increase emotional regulation skills. I offer creative solutions that are tailored to the goals and lifestyle of the client. Examples of coping skills include; art, journaling, yoga, meditation, physical exercise, eating brain-healthy foods, routine planning, or crafting. Regulation tools are also used, for example, essential oils, weighted blankets, journals, planners, or fidgets.
